About Me

I'm a passionate ERP functional consultant specialising in NAV and Business Central systems, with a love for implementing and maintaining high-impact ERP systems. My approach combines technical expertise with creative thinking to deliver systems that are both powerful and maintainable.

With extensive experience in project management, product ownership, and process optimisation gained during my tenure at the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS), I have successfully managed a diverse range of business products, including ERP reimplementation and comprehensive process refinement. I have developed and executed testing strategies in collaboration with finance and retail business teams, ensuring end-to-end quality assurance. As an effective communicator, I excel at managing relationships with both internal and external customers, fostering collaboration among stakeholders, and utilising data analysis and visualisation tools to inform key business decisions. My contributions to various initiatives, such as E-commerce integration and the implementation of a Gift Card system, have consistently delivered ongoing business value.
