With extensive experience in project management, product ownership, and process optimisation gained during my tenure at the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS), I have successfully managed a diverse range of business products, including ERP reimplementation and comprehensive process refinement. I have developed and executed testing strategies in collaboration with finance and retail business teams, ensuring end-to-end quality assurance.
